Club Captain since 2000, Natalie sets the pace in the middle and her positional sense blends the whole team together.
Known for her on-court stares, half-time pep talks and annoyance at talking spectators! Netball has just passed her Level 1 coaching award. |

Cheryl joined the club in 1994 and has proved to be a vital cog in the Istead machine.
She is a former representative of England University Netball Squad (many, many moons ago!) and has been described as 'a dream to play with' by her team-mates! Despite all this she's still prone to the odd crisis of confidence...tut! |

Mel joined the club as a junior and has been a rock in defence ever since.
Known for bravery, speed and a commanding presence she's our answer to Steven Gerrard! (Better looking of course!) Specialities include the on-the-run bowling pass and hitting the ground..post..fence... Also known to do anything for a bag of Haribo mix! |

This is Lee's (that's not her real name...answers on a postcard!) fourth season with the club.
Lee slotted in nicely and is able to play both in attack as well as defence. She also throws a ball faster than she speaks! And let's not forget the real reason we let her join .......... she makes the cakes! |

Jo has been with the club since 2001 and is our unflappable GK. She adopts a 'laid-back' style of play but when we can get her to move she proves pretty useful!
Always one to say how it is, Jo often enjoys an on-court 'chat' with her opponents! |

We're not quite sure what Jo does for a living, but we know it's something to do with a puffer jacket, videos and schools...
A fiesty little character, Jo will add strength and speed in the circle. Never one to take the easy shot, she goes for the glory shots and pops them in from the edge. |

She never stops running! She's our little Duracell bunny. She'll share the workload in the middle with Nat, as she is known in netters circles as 'one of the fittest around'. Who brings heat pads to netball?! |

Great on a night out... Paula can play in attack and defence, but best not to put her in the circle with Jo! Paula is also a qualified Level 1 coach - so she should know what she's doing!! |
